Clothing company Energie hired Kris Kranz to model their new line of underwear.

Have a real good look at that perfectly sculpted chest and abs…

It takes a lot of dedication and hard work to get a body like Kris’s

Is it worth it? Well perhaps not for most of us but keep up the good work Kris we all need something beautiful to look at and inspire us in our fitness goals.

Now…where did I put those weights?

All I can say is wow…that’s one lucky photographer!

An introduction to male fitness model Fredy Navas

Fredy Navas is an Argentinian male fitness model.

Fredy obviously keeps up a good gym routine and probably quite a lot of circuit training as well.

As well as appearing as an underwear model and on a variety of gay blog sites I was under the impression that he is or was also active in the adult entertainment industry although I could be wrong?

Anyway this is not a surprise considering his toned body!

Fredy is 34 years old and says:

“I am a very athletic guy from Argentina with a sports background.

I live in Barcelona and I work as a personal trainer and model.

I started modeling as a hobby only 5 years ago and that was definitely not on my plans but now I just feel that I’m all about it.

So much into fitness modeling.”

If you don’t know of Philip Fusco your in for a male model treat!

Philip Fusco is 21 years old and currently signed with the Empire Model Management.

He says he has been working out since he was 14 (and were pleased he has wow what a body!)

He entered the industry at the age of 17 and is looking to make it big. He also says he likes to give back and love’s giving work out advice so drop him a line at his blog (details below).

It’s rare that a model is so happy to be there for his fans so it’s nice that Philip is happy to be there so show him your support.

Introducing Kellan Lutz

You may know Kellan Lutz from movies such as “Stick It”, “Accepted”, “Deep Winter” and “Prom Night”

Lutz moved to L.A. in 2003 to be closer to his father, the beach and the acting industry. A year after moving to L.A. he got his first role in that American staple soap opera “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

“I don’t feel any pressure,”  Lutz, recently said of playing Emmett Cullen, the vampire in the newly released Twighlight film. “Obviously we are doing this movie for the fans, so it’s really great to have the fans come out, and support us and to give us that energy, and for us to reciprocate and give it back to them.”

Lutz speaks fluent Spanish and plays several sports, including skateboarding, track, baseball, basketball, lacrosse, swimming, tennis, racquetball, badminton, snow skiing, and snowboarding.
